All copper 8 Gallon with 3 Inch Diameter Torpedo Pro. This copper moonshine still Torpedo Pro still includes sight glass. You can use this sight glass as an infusion chamber or gin basket to hold botanicals. You can also clamp in sight glass below the reflux condenser to watch the reflux action. A great way to infuse the vapor to increase the flavor in the distillate. Run a peach brandy and add some fresh peaches into the sight glass to infuse the vapor with the taste of fresh peaches or add cinnamon sticks, herbs, and spices to make a spiced whiskey or juniper berries and spices to make a gin. Be creative and make your own infusions.
This All Copper Torpedo Pro still will produce 180 to 190 proof moonshine as a reflux still and will also run as a pot still to carry over flavor at about 120 proof.
For reflux it is as easy as running water to both reflux condenser and final product condenser. Pack the column with rings and copper mesh and your running a reflux alcohol still or run as a pot still by running water to just the final product condenser on the arm and inserting one roll of copper in the tower.
Uses the 8 gallon Alembic copper milk can boiler exclusive to Mile Hi Distilling. All Boilers have a 8 inch opening which is standard for all Mile Hi distilling boilers so all lids are interchangeable. This 8 gallon copper milk can boiler includes domed lid size of your choice. The boilers are hammered just like a traditional Alembic still would be. Domed lid will be stainless in stock unit but the option for a copper lid can be added on. Please note that copper lids will be different in style and may require paste to seal correctly, just like Alembic would.

Eight gallon milk can with 2″ port for heating element, and second 2 inch port for drain. Also includes caps, clamps, and gaskets to cap off port and be used with a gas burner or electric hot plate.
