We reserve the right to use the most economical service of ground shipping, either USPS, UPS or FedEx. If the customer selects a 2nd Day or Overnight service, then we will comply with the customer’s choice. If choosing a 2nd day or overnight service please note that this does not eliminate lead time and the order will ship 2nd day or overnight service when order is ready to ship. Still orders are usually a 3-10 business day lead time. Flute Still orders have a 2-3 week lead time. Supply orders ship within 1-3 business days.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes on international orders. There are fixed shipping rates and free shipping on some items and these rates apply to addresses in the Continental United States only. Fixed shipping and free shipping does not apply to addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. There is a discounted shipping rate for items with free shipping going to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Free shipping does not apply to international orders. There is a discounted rate that will apply to international orders with items that have free shipping.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. These are estimates and on rare occasion our system does not accurately figure shipping costs. In this case we will notify you with accurate shipping costs prior to shipment.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
