I didn't expect it to be of this high quality for the price.
Very satisfied with the workmanship.

Hey, look up the hot water heater adapter. It is 2-inch flange to 3/4 pipe. I have some stainless steel screen that I cut round to fit kind of snug, and it just sits in the bottom of the adapter. I put a funnel in a jug with a coffee filter in it and the pipe adapter drips right in. The screen will allow some of the finer charcoal particles to pass, that's why the coffee filter is there. I also used some 2-inch pipe clamps for stage lighting to support the filter. Made some standoffs out of aluminum stock and mounted to a storage rack. Works great.

This filter works great, just watch the video online which shows how to use the filter and how to wash the charcoal. I added a pipe adapter (purchased separately). A screen in the end to retain charcoal will work, but I ran into a funnel with a coffee filter, too. Same great quality as the rest of the products.

What I received was well made and fit together once the proper seals were purchased and installed. A "kit" is needed with everything you need, because if you don't know what that it, you get a package that is not useable until you buy what you do need. As example, you need the gasket between the funnel and pipe; You need screen material on both ends of the pipe to keep the carbon from spilling out fro either end when stored, and etc.. Once you have these items in place, it's the best. The only improvement would be a kit form with some helpful guidance.

although I have little else to compare it with the quality of everything from mile high seems to be very high quality
