It was some of the easiest yeast I have ever used....5 day ferment got almost 24% ABV!

Let the yeast ferment for 48 hours instead of 24 hours, and got very close to 20% ABV. Incredible Stuff!

This did great with a brown sugar wash, but it takes a long time to clarify. Will definitely be using this for future sugar washes.
