DISTILLERS USUALLY SHIP WITHIN 4 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS. Orders containing only supplies,
without towers, distillers or boilers, usually ship within 2 business days.

there may be a problem contacting you via the e-mail address that you've provided. Please check your

In rare occasions, the packages do come back to us undeliverable, because of invalid address. When something like that happens, we will be
contacting you via e-mail, or by phone if your phone number is available to us. So, PLEASE, PLEASE check your e-mail.
