Some people have asked me to make a dual-purpose, two-piece 40” tower. My 30” dual- purpose tower works beautifully, I think. But, if you think you need something a little fancier and just a bit faster, this should do the trick. This tower comes apart in the center, so you can just use the top piece as a pot still or both top and bottom for reflux. Also it will be easier to clean. And for you folks that live abroad, this distiller will be much easer to ship since it will break down to fit in a smaller box with a shorter girth.
