I have been researching stills now for a while. This sight glass is so nice I had to buy two of them. If they work as good as they look-can't wait to use them.

Solid enough that it got pulled out of my place after a house fire a few days after I received it. Not a crack or scratch on it. Now that should tell you something about the quality. And, no, the house fire had nothing to do with me or my "stuff". Just an idiot neighbor who did not know how to put out a grease fire.

Most of us know the process but it is great to actually see the reflux in action.
This is a quality piece of glass and stainless steel.

My entire Mile Hi Still is awesome but this Sight Glass really is Great! You can see the vapors as they evaporate and then condense down the sides. It’s a looking glass as to what is happening inside the whole distillation process.
I love mine and highly recommend the item. EXTREMELY well-built and very heavy duty.

This sight glass is quality, much heavier than I expected. I have the 8 gallon milk can still with 2" 2-piece reflux column, added this in the middle, totally looks cool! Can't wait to boil!
